Learn to reimagine spaces with the principles of architecture, interior design and the single-point perspective.

London-based architects George Bradley and Ewald Van Der Straeten believe architecture has the power to transform people's lives. At their studio, Bradley Van Der Straeten, they specialize in residential designs, which have received several awards, including first place at the 2021 Don't Move, Improve! Awards. In this course, they show you how to create fun, eye-catching interior designs using single-point perspective drawing.

What you'll learn

Introduction: the architects' creative journeys and the influences behind their studio.
Materials and history: the materials you need, one-point perspective as a design tool, and the history of architectural sketching from the 14th century to the post-digital era.
Fundamentals: the basics of architecture and interior design, including shelter, structure and light.
Survey and brief: measuring a space, producing drawings to scale and writing a brief around the opportunities the space offers.
Final project: applying the design principles in a section drawing, then a single-point perspective design with interior elements, ready for scanning.
