How does the store credit work?
Every plan includes store credit: $50 a month with Starter, $90 with Studio and $190 with Pro. It is added to your LA Online account at the start of each month, and you can use it at checkout on any product when you are signed in.
Does unused credit roll over?
No. Each month's included credit is valid until the next month's credit arrives. Unused credit does not carry over.
How does the yearly plan work?
You pay for your plan once a year, which costs the same as 10 months. Your included credit is still added every month, 12 times over the year.
How do I cancel?
Use Manage subscription on this page and sign in with the email you used to join. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Which email should I use?
Use the email of your LA Online store account at checkout, and your credit is added to that account. If you don't have an account yet, we create one for you with that email. Sign in with it to see and use your credit.
