💼 Architecture Firm Business Kit: Proposal, Contract, Checklists, RFI and Fee Calculator
The paperwork of a small architecture practice, done once and done properly: a fee proposal with the exclusions that protect your profit, a client brief, an owner-architect agreement skeleton, phase checklists from programming to closeout, RFI, additional services and value engineering forms, and two Excel workbooks that do the arithmetic for you.
🧮 Know your rate before you quote. The Rate & Fee Calculator turns salaries, benefits, overhead and utilization into billing rates by role, your net multiplier and projected profit. The Fee Planner builds a phase by phase fee from estimated hours and compares it with percentage, fixed and per-area methods, so you see a losing fee before you send it.
📦 What's inside
✅ Fee Proposal: scope by phase, exclusions, fee split, hourly rates, payment terms, acceptance ✅ Client Brief Questionnaire: goals, site, program, budget, schedule, style
✅ Owner-Architect Agreement Skeleton: 11 articles and 4 exhibits in plain language ✅ Phase Checklists: 91 items across Pre-design, SD, DD, CD, Bidding and CA
✅ RFI Form with change order guard ✅ Additional Services Request and Value Engineering Proposal forms
