FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What file formats do the CAD blocks come in?

Most packs come as DWG files, and many add DXF. Some also include SVG, AI or PNG versions for Illustrator and Photoshop. A few vector packs in these collections have no DWG file, so check the format list on the product page before you buy.

Do the blocks work outside AutoCAD?

DWG and DXF files open in most CAD software. Some packs list BricsCAD, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks, Rhino, SketchUp or Revit as compatible. The product page lists the software each pack was made for.

Are the blocks in metric or imperial units?

It depends on the pack. Some are drawn in millimetres at real size, some in inches, and a few include separate metric and imperial files. The units are listed on each product page.

Are the free CAD blocks really free?

Yes. Free packs cost nothing at checkout. You add them to the cart and download them like any other product.

Can I use the blocks in commercial or client work?

Each pack has its own license, written by its creator. Read the license section on the product page before you use a pack in paid work.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. The store offers a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for details.
